  • Not ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items without prior approval and compliance with regulations.
  • Safely package items for transport to minimize damage or loss.
  • Pay all fees, tariffs, duties, and charges associated with shipments.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Cemarax services for:

  • Shipping contraband, counterfeit goods, restricted substances, or hazardous materials without approval.
  • Fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities.
  • Interfering with the functionality of our website, app, or tracking systems.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

5. Fees and Payments

All charges must be paid in the currency and terms stated in our invoices or agreements. Late payments may incur interest, and services may be suspended until payment is made.

6. Shipment Liability and Limits

  • Cemarax will exercise reasonable care in handling and delivering shipments.
  • Liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited in accordance with applicable transport conventions, laws, and tariffs, unless additional insurance is purchased.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, regulatory inspections, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, and materials on Cemarax’s website, portals, and applications are owned by Cemarax or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use such materials solely for lawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cemarax’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the shipment or the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Amendments

Cemarax may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
